전반적으로는 만족”

장점👍 1. 뷰가 정말 좋음 - 랜드마크 시티뷰로 예약하여 뷰 좋은 방 배정 받음. 2. 동네가 깨끗함 - 타임스퀘어 근처 숙소에 있다가 첼시로 옮긴거라, 호텔주변이 확실히 조용하고 깨끗했음. 3. 방 컨디션 좋음 - 뉴욕 호텔방 좁다고 많이 들었는데 혼자 써서 충분했음. 2인도 괜찮다는 후기 봄. - 방 바닥 마루로 되어있고, 침구, 화장실 등등 다 깨끗. (다만, 샤워기 필터는 필수) 단점👎 1. 엘리베이터 고장 있었고 대처가 미흡했음 - 혼자 타고 ‘로비’ 층에 내려갔는데 엘리베이터 문이 안 열림. -> ‘Emergency’ 버튼 눌러봤으나 안 눌림. -> 다른 층 버튼 2층으로 눌러봄. 숫자는 2로 바뀌었으나 문 안 열림. -> 내 방으로 다시 가보게 해당 층 눌러봤으나 안 눌림. -> 호텔 로비로 전화하기 위해 구글에서 호텔 검색하여, 나와있는 번호로 전화함. 전화 연결 안 됨. -> 다시 전화함. 직원 연결됨. 엘리베이터에 갇혀있다고 설명했는데 어떤 엘리베이터냐고 물어봄. 일단 보이는거 읽어줬고, 탈 때 A, B 중 A 써있었던 게 기억나서 A라고 함. 직원이 엔지니어한테 말하겠다고 함. -> 통화하는 사이에 엘리베이터가 C층으로 내려갔고, 문이 열렸음. C층에서 다른 직원이 누른 듯 했음. 그 이후로는 정상 작동되는 것 같았음. -> 갇혀있었던 시간은 아마 10분 정도였겠지만, 당연히 너무 무서웠고 프론트 직원분이 어떤 엘리베이터인지 식별코드? 같은 것도 모르는 것 같았음. 통화 됐을 때, 어떤어떤 번호가 보이냐 그거 불러달라고 했으면 불러줬을건데 그런 게 없었음. 그래서 보이는거 아무거나 읽음. -> C층에서 내린 다음 계단으로 로비까지 올라가니 그 직원이 와서 어떤 엘리베이터냐고 물어봄. 해당 엘리베이터 알려줌. Emergency 버튼 작동이 안 된 건 큰 문제라고 생각함. 당연히 엘리베이터 고장 원인 파악 필요하겠고, 고장 났을 때 Emergency 버튼은 적어도 작동해야 하겠고, 직원도 어떤 엘리베이터인지 소통할 수 있게 식별 코드를 알고 있어야 한다고 생각함. (그리고 사과는 Sorry about that 으로 받긴 함) 2. 보증금(돌려받을 돈)과 Facility fee를 한번에 결제함. - 내가 이해를 잘못한건가. 아직 보증금 환불이 안 되어, 별도 문의할 예정. - 바로 이전 호텔에서는 보증금 먼저 결제하고, 이후에 Facility fee를 추가 결제했음. 체크아웃한 날 바로 보증금은 환불 처리됨. 이 절차가 훨씬 깔끔하다고 생각함.

 

너무 편안했던 호텔”

저희 가족은 뉴욕의 아주 이상힌 호텔에 머물렀다가 그쪽 컨디션이 너무 안좋아서 밤에 급하게 호텔을 구하다 이 곳을 53%할인 가격에 구하게 되었습니다. 깔끔한 건물, 좋은 위치, 친절한 직원분들이 너무 좋아서 다음에 뉴욕에 와도 이 곳을 오고 싶단 생각이 드네요. 물을 무료로 주어 좋았고 라운지가 좋았습니다. 한가지 아쉬웠던건 호텔 객실에 커피포트가 없는 것이 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

 

추천합니다.. 다만”

뉴욕 워낙 비싼 호텔비로 유명하니.. 그에 비해 숙소 가성비가 아주 좋았습니다. 랜드마크 뷰 전망도 맘에 들었고, 직원들도 막 친절하진 않지만 그냥 쿨합니다. 그리고 방크기 아주 작지만, 요리조리 쓸모있게 활용하면 안 작아요. 서랍 등.. 하지만, 한국에서 꼭 챙겨가야 할 품목이 있어요. 샤워필터와 옷걸이. 요거 꼭 챙겨 가셔야 합니다. 그래야 안 불편해요

 

전망이 좋은 호텔”

방이 좁고 당연히 고급호텔의 서비스를 기대하기는 어려우나, 전망이 좋아서 지낼만했음 리조트피는 30달러인데 크레딧은 10달러밖에 못쓰는데 체크인할 때 그에 대한 설명은 따로 못들었고 카드키랑 준 작은 종이에만 내용이 적혀있었음 리조트피까지 하면 가격이 막 저렴한 편도 아님

Overall, I'm satisfied"

Advantages 👍 1. The view is really good - I booked a landmark city view and got a room with a nice view. 2. The neighborhood was clean - I stayed at an accommodation near Times Square and moved to Chelsea, so the area around the hotel was definitely quiet and clean. 3. Good condition - I heard a lot about the small hotel room in New York, but it was enough to use it by myself. Second spring was okay. - The floor is on the floor, and the bedding and the bathroom are all clean. (However, shower filter is required) Disadvantages 👎 1. There was a breakdown in the elevator and I couldn't cope with it - I went down to the lobby floor by myself, but the elevator door didn't open. -> I tried pressing the 'Emergency' button on the second floor. The number changed to 2 but it didn't open. -> I tried to go back to my room. -> I tried pressing the relevant floor but it didn't open. -> I searched the hotel on Google to call the hotel lobby, and called the number shown. No connection. -> staff connected. I explained that I was stuck in the elevator, but he asked which elevator it was. I read it to him, and he said A because he remembered I used A between A and B when I got on. The employee said he would tell the engineer. -> The elevator went down to the C-floor while we were talking on the phone and the door opened. It seemed like another employee pressed it on the C-floor. It seemed to be working normally after that. -> The locked time was probably about 10 minutes, but of course, it was so scary and I didn't seem to know what kind of elevator the front employee was? I didn't know anything like identification code. When I got on the phone and asked for it, I would have called it but there was nothing. So I read anything I could see. -> When I got off the C-floor and went up to the lobby, the employee came and asked what elevator it was. Let me know. I think it's a big problem that the emergency button didn't work. Of course, it's necessary to figure out the cause of the elevator's failure, and I think the emergency button should at least work when it breaks down, and the employee should also know the identification code so that they can communicate what elevator it is. (And the apology was given by Sorry about that.) 2. Pay the deposit (money to be returned) and the Facility fee at once. - I got this wrong. The deposit has not been refunded yet, so I will ask you separately. - The previous hotel paid the deposit first and then paid the Facility fee. The deposit is refunded the day you check out. I think this procedure is much cleaner.



"The hotel was so comfortable"

My family stayed at a very strange hotel in New York and found a hotel in such a bad condition that we rushed to find one at night for 53 percent off. The neat building, nice location, and friendly staff are so nice that I would like to come here next time I visit New York. The water was free of charge and the lounge was nice.
