“멋진 숙박이었습니다!”

“매우 편리합니다.”

요코하마에서 업무를 처리하러 왔습니다. 돌아오는 날 아침 비행기가 있어서 이 호텔에서 묵기로 했습니다. 이 호텔은 일어나기 힘든 아침을 걱정하지 않아도 되는 편리한 위치에 있습니다. 직원들의 서비스도 매우 훌륭하며, 호텔에는 온천도 있습니다. 기회가 된다면 다시 묵고 싶습니다.

 

 

“만족스러운 호텔”

하네다 공항에서의 접근성이 매우 우수합니다. 하네다 공항 2층 연결통로를 통해 5분거리에 있으며 쉽게 찾아갈 수 있습니다. 로비의 자동화기기를 이용해 한국어로 쉽게 체크인과 체크아웃이 가능하여 편리하였으며 로비 직원의 대응도 친절합니다. 객실은 청결하였으며 무료 와이파이와 USB 단자가 있어 휴대기기 충전이 쉬웠습니다. 조식도 훌륭하였으며 특히나 12층에 있는 해수 온천은 피로를 푸는데 있어 더할나위 없는 장소입니다. 온천의 경우 별도의 비용을 부담하였지만 투숙객에게는 퇴실전까지 무제한 이용이 가능하여 투숙 당일은 물론 다음날 퇴실전까지 이용이 가능하였습니다.

 

“Walking distance from Haneda airport terminal 3”

I chose here because either this or Royal Park were walking distance within the airport but latter was more expensive. I wish I stayed longer, the room was spacious than I expected for a Japanese hotel. Room comes with big nice tv, nice bed, sofa and complimentary water, lounge wear (with pants) were nice. I wanted to buy this if I can as a travel PJ. Only downside was there is no luggage rack, and one side of the bathroom wall had a wood or polished panel or something which was interesting choice as it can reflect dry water marks which dont look too hygenic-but the bathroom was clean. Lobby looks fancy, didnt have many seats for waiting but had sofas. You can check-in & check-out using Kiosk machine, I didnt have a chance to speak to staff so can not comment how they are. On the way to the elevator there is an amenity table or what, to get what you need. There is a Lawson near the hotel entrance so you can buy night snacks if you come in late as restaurants on the way to the hotel are closed. Hotel has vending machine for beverages in case you dont wanna go out. Overall, I would return if I can.

비행기가 결항되어서 급하게 잡은 숙소인데 가격도 괜찮고 시설도 깔끔하니 온천도 있어서 피로 풀기 딱입니다 식당도 밖으로 나가지 않아도 되는 건물 안에 있어서 좋아요 부모님도 만족하십니다

 

"It was a wonderful stay!"

We arrived in Tokyo two days early. Upon arrival, we booked two nights at the Villa Fontaine Grand. Front desk customer service was outstanding. It was the perfect location for easy access to the train and monorail system. We arrived at 04:30 AM and were able to check in early by purchasing the previous day. There are many options to choose from, food and shopping, and snacks and drinks are available at convenience store Lawson. Before you swipe into the elevator area, you can bring coffee, tea, and any toiletries you need from a small stand. Each floor has a vending machine and a microwave. The room has a refrigerator and a safe. The air conditioning is cooled to 20℃ / 68 ℉ as needed. If you are staying overnight, make sure to use the SPA hot spring. Room accommodation offers a pajama set and slippers that you can wear at the SPA (call me if you need another size). In the hallways, you can see others walking in their pajamas. I booked a nice one-hour massage with Ito, and it was one of the best (out of hundreds). If you're dressed and want a deep pressure massage, you should ask for Ito. The hot spring was a wonderful and relaxing experience. Both the SPA and the hotel staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. SPA allows you to go to a casual style restaurant with beautiful views. We will stay here again when we arrive at Haneda Airport.



"It's the most comfortable hotel."

When you arrive at Haneda at 21:10, you can check in directly to the hotel located right next to the airport. The hotel is just a minute's walk away, and it has very nice onsen facilities. It costs a little extra, but it's very valuable. This is a new hotel that we newly opened in 2020. There is a discount if you make a reservation at Agoda.

"It's very convenient."

I'm here to handle business in Yokohama. I had a flight on the morning of my return, so I decided to stay at this hotel. This hotel is conveniently located so that I don't have to worry about the morning when it's hard to wake up. The staff service is excellent, and the hotel also has a hot spring. I would like to stay again if I have a chance.

"Satisfying hotel"

The accessibility from Haneda Airport is excellent. It is 5 minutes away through the passageway on the second floor of Haneda Airport and is easy to find. It was convenient to check-in and check-out in Korean using the automated machine in the lobby, and the response from the lobby staff was friendly. The room was clean and it was easy to charge your phone with free Wi-Fi and USB terminals. The breakfast was excellent, and especially the seawater hot spring on the 12th floor is the perfect place to relieve fatigue. In the case of the hot spring, guests can use it unlimitedly until the check-out day, so guests can use it not only on the day of their stay but also until the next day.

"To the hotel near the airport"

The flight was canceled, so I booked the accommodation in a hurry, but the price is reasonable and the facilities are clean, so there is a hot spring, so it's perfect to relieve fatigue. It's nice to be in a building where you don't have to go outside. My parents are satisfied, too
