“최고의 선택 ♥♥”

네이* 리뷰 중 나쁜 내용을 보고 선택을 취소할까도 싶었는데 좋은 리뷰들을 보고 믿고 갔습니다. 결론은 최고 만족! 해운대 중에서는 위치가 갑입니다. 지하철5번출구 엘베로 와서 몇 발짝에 출입문이 있고 체크인이후엔 카운터 지나칠 일 없고 층이 높아 엘베 기다리기 힘들다는 평도 있는데 괜찮았습니다. 극성수기에는 홀짝층 운행을 고려해 주시면 좋을 것 같아요. 건식화장실이라 거실 슬리퍼(1회용이 아니라 로비에서 알콜 스프레이라도 주시면 좋을 것 같아요)가 3개 있고 샤워할 때는 제가 늘 갖고다니는 슬리퍼로 이용했어요. CU편의점도 정문 나가기 전에 통해있고 6KG세탁기와 세제, 수세미와 주방세제 밥솥까지 완벽했습니다. 짧은 2박3일 이었지만 외식으로 일관하기도 그렇고 해운대 재래시장서 열무김치 사와서 먹었는데 완전 입맛살려주는 꿀맛! 집에 사가고 싶은 가성비 뛰어난 숨은 김치 맛집이 시장에 있다니 띠용! 가벼운 몸으로 바다로 가기 좋고 오션뷰는 침대에서도 바다가 떡하니 보이고 해운대 거리인파나 공연 바닷가 붐비는 정도가 다 내려다 보였어요. 너무 높으면 안 좋을 것 같았는데 31층 배정받았고 너무 편안히 잘 있다 왔어요. 청소도 너무 깔끔하게 잘 해 주시고 건조대 테이블 러그 위에도 잡티하나 없었습니다. 코로나 시국에 방충창문도 맞바람쳐서 안심하고 있다 왔습니다. 소음1도 없구요 주방이 있어 좋았고 3시쯤 입실해서 얼음 얼렸는데 6시에 와 보니 완전 꽝꽝 냉장고도 살림할 정도로 큽니다. 얼음 tray가 너무 귀여워서 큰 걸로 챙겨오셔도 좋을 것 같아요. 인터넷으로 맛집 엄청 검색했는데 해운대 구청 주변에 맛집들 많고 정통관광지라 나가서 발길 닿는대로 고민없이 가도 좋을 것 같아요. 재방문의사 200배구요 ^^ 가성비도 뛰어난 felix 완전 강추합니다.

 

“너무 좋았어요 강추!!!”

위치:매우 좋음 해운대역 7번출구와 연결되어있어요. 호텔 건물 1층과 주변에 식당과 카페가 정말 많아요. 호텔 바로앞 큰길을 건너면 해리단길이고 해운대 해수욕장도 걸어서 5분이면 갑니다! 해수욕장 근처라서 식당들도 늦게까지 운영하구요. 시설:좋음 고층건물이라 뷰가 너무 좋습니다. 특히 오션뷰가 좋아요. 바다가 완전 보이는 건 아니지만 은은히 보이는 바다가 참 예쁩니다. 레지던스라서 싱크대와 취사도구가 있습니다. 써보진 않았지만요. 디럭스에서 묵었는데 생각보다 방과 화장실 크기가 컸어요. 너무 만족했습니다. 혼자서 이용했는데 큰 침대를 혼자서 써서 너무 좋았어요. 신발장과 옷장도 넉넉합니다. 다회용 샴푸와 바디워시, 비누, 바디로션이 비치되어있습니다. 중앙등 점멸 방식이 아닌 일반적인 조명 점등방식이라 켜고싶은 조명만 켤 수 있어서 좋았어요. 개별 난방입니다. 편하게 조절 할 수 있어요. 작은 테이블과 의자, 라꾸라꾸 침대가 있습니다. 시티뷰로 예약을 했지만 오션뷰로 배정받아서 뷰가 아주 좋았습니다. 13층이었는데도 바다가 잘 보였어요. 다만, 객실 내에 거울이 없어서 그건 불편했어요. 그리고 후기에 자주 등장하는 엘리베이터.... 6층이 로비고 7층부터 39층까지가 객실인데 엘리베이터가 총 다섯대 있어요. 이것들은 지하주차장부터 39층까지 전층을 운행하기때문에 체크아웃시간엔 타기가 힘들어요. (고층에서 내려오면 거의 만원입니다ㅠ) 그외의 시간엔 괜찮았습니다. 배달은 1층에 가서 직접 받아와야해요. 프론트가 24시간이라 늦은 시간이어도 언제든지 체크인이 가능하고 문의가 가능합니다. 가격:너무 합리적임 특가로 나와서 예약하긴 했지만 이런 시설과 위치의 호텔을 말도 안되는 가격에 지내다 와서 좋았어요. 재방문의사 충분히 있습니다! 나중엔 가족들과 스위트룸에서 묵어보고싶습니다.

 

“무척 좋았어요”

위치, 숙소상태, 직원 태도 등 모두 만족합니다. 그리고 뷰도 좋고, 티비도 두대나 있고, 룸과 거실이 있어 엄청 넓고 쾌적하게 사용할 수 있어요. 콘도처럼 제반 도구가 구비되어 있어 해먹을 수 있기도 하구요. 심지어 세탁기가 있어 빨래도 해 왔답니다. 아주 굿~ 아이들이 비오는 날 하루는 완전히 숙소에서만 뒹굴대고 쉬다가, 해운대 앞에 나가 식사만 하기도 했어요. 집처럼 편안하고 좋았답니다.

퇴근 후에 늦게 체크인 했었는데 늦은시간에도 친절하게 대해주셨어요 기대도 안했는데 해운대 바다를 바라보고 있어서 조금이나마 바다가 보였어요 예약할때 조식도 같이 예약했는데 직원분들이 친절하던지 그리고 역 바로앞에 있어서해운대역 7번출구로 가시면 다이렉트로 호텔이랑 연결되있어서 좋더라구요 호텔안에 식기가 있어서 포장이나 뭐 음식 해먹기 좋아요 다만 성수기일때 엘레베이터가 좀 그렇습니다 엘레베이터는 개선을 하면 좋을것 같아요 엘베 빼고는 전체적으로 다 좋아요

 

 

“직원분들이 최고이고, 시설이 좋아요^^”

잊고 있었는데...몇년전에 오픈할 때 갔었던 호텔이었어요. 그때도 좋아서 지인들에게 소개했는데요. 이번에도 만족해서 라디오 녹음일정에 맞춰서 12월도 미리 예약했어요^^39층의 뷰도 좋았지만 호텔시설이 아무리 좋아도 직원분들이 배려가 없고 불친절하면 가지 않게 되는데요. 직원분들께서 친절하시고 편의를 잘 봐주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 같이간 분이 하루를 머물게 되어서 싱글 2개방에서 더블룸으로 이동을 해야했는데요. 11-3시사이에 빈 시간을 배려해주시고, 컨디션이 좋은 방을 위해서 고민하시면서 찾아 주시고, 전기차 충전기도 10개인지 12개가 있어서 좋았습니다. 레이트 체크 아웃을 도와주셔서 급하지 않게 움직일 수 있었구요, 방에 더운물이 나오는 것을 말씀드렸더니 금방 오셔서 수정해 주셨습니다. 주차도 3시보다늦게 까지 가능하게 해주셔서 부산에 사는 제자들을 미팅할 수 있는 여유가 생겼습니다. 요가와 반신욕을 해야해서 거실도, 욕실도 깨끗하게 재청소를 하는데요. 청소상태도 좋고, 시설도 좋고, 무엇보다 직원분들께서 배려해주시는 마음이 최고예요. 체크아웃하고도 피트니스에서 10분정도 허리를 맞추어야 한다고 하니까. 배려해주셔서 감동받았어요^^녹음하러 자주 해운대를 가서 여러호텔을 다녔는데요. 이제 해운대를 가면 이제는 펠릭스만 가려고 합니다^^감사합니다.

 

 

“재방문 의사 10000%”

장점이 너무 많아 재방문 의사 10000% 입니다. ㅡ친절한 데스크와 편리한 체크아웃 ㅡ조리시설 갖춰진 깨끗하고 편리한 룸 ㅡ건물 내 영화관, 편의점, 식당, 카페 등 이용 가능 ㅡ대중교통 접근 좋음(지하철역. 버스정류장 코앞) ㅡ퇴실일 3시까지 이용 가능한 무료 주차장 ㅡ큰길 따라 먹거리 볼거리 즐기면서 슬슬 걸으면 해운대 해변 도착! 덕분에 아주 만족스러운 멋진 여행 되었습니다.

 

 

“아이와함께^^”

우선 아이랑 뚜벅이 여행을 계획했기에 1.역에서 가깝고 2.바다보이는 숙소 를 원했습니다. 위생은 물론이구요~^^ 오션사이드스위트로 예약했고 방과 거실, 주방에 간단한 식기와 인덕션, 제일 유용한 전자레인지와 큼지막한 냉장고까지 ㅎㅎ 너무 편리하고 쾌적해서 1박이 아쉬울정도 였습니다^^ 아! 그리고 화장실도 엄청 넓고, 욕조도 큰사이즈여서 이용하기 편리했습니다~ 정말 가성비 최최최최고! 라고 말할정도로 만족스러웠답니다~~^^ 간혹 리뷰에 퇴실시 엘베사용이 불편하다는 내용을 보았는데 저희는 평일 10시좀 안되어 퇴실했기에 큰 불편은 없었습니다. 건의사항이 있다면 욕조 앞 바닥에 미끄럼 방지 매트라도 하나 깔아주시면 더 안전할꺼 같다는 생각이 들었습니다~ 욕조바닥 높이랑 욕실 바닥 높이가 다르기도 하고요 ㅎㅎ 그리고, 휠체어 사용하는 사람들을 위한 화장실 편의시설이 있다면 더욱 좋을 것 같습니다. 변기 옆 팔걸이와 등받이 팔걸이가 있는 샤워의자 정도 구비해 두시면 더욱 완벽한 호텔이 될 것 같습니다^^ 저희는 너무 아쉬웠기에 하반기에 다시 방문 예정입니다~~ ㅎㅎ

 

 

“번화가에 있는 숙소”

장점 지하철역 옆이며 지하철역과 숙소가 연결되어 있어서 이동이 쉽다. 방과 거실이 분리되어 있으며 공간이 넓고 식기류가 비치되어 있다. 직원이 매우 친절하다. 조식이 잘 나온다. 주변에 24시간 운영하는 식당, 편의점이 있으며 각종 술집,밥집,빵집 등 먹거리가 풍부하여 먹을 것을 걱정하지 않아도 된다. 4일을 이곳에서 묵었더니 2일째부터는 조식이 먹기 싫어진다. 고기류 1~2가지만 바뀌고 고정이라서 물린다. 장기간 머문다면 1~2회만 조식 신청하고 나머지는 밖에서 먹는게 좋을듯 하다. 단점 예약할 때 2인과 3인일 때 가격이 다르다. 그래서 같은 방을 3인으로 2인보다 더 주고 예약을 했는데 호텔에서는 인원추가 요금을 요구한다. 아고다 조건이 반영 안되는듯 하다. 이것은 아고다 예약시스템의 문제인 것 같고 2인으로 저가로 예약하고 호텔가서 인원추가하는게 싸게 구매하는 방법인듯. 호텔에서 인원 추가하면 그 수만큼 이불을 준다. 침대가 너무 별로였다. 물컹하고 옆사람이 기침만 해도 삐걱거리고 나중에는 허리가 아프다. 이 호텔 최고 단점이라는 엘리베이터 문제는 전혀 없었다. 주말 포함 4일간 머물렀지만 엘리베이터를 기다려본적없이 잘 이용했다.

 

“위치, 룸 컨디션, 친절하고 가성비 최고예요!”

위치가 지하철 역, 해운대 해수욕장 코앞인데다가 룸컨디션 최상, 평소에 스파룸으로 가도 이용안하는데 여긴 일반 욕조도 꽤 넓고 컸어요 비니지스 호텔처럼 출장오신분들이 장기투숙하시는 건지 있을게 다있어서 집처럼 편안했고요 (펜션이랑 호텔의 장점만 섞어놓은듯) 무엇보다 정말 정말 조용했어요 아무리 좋은 리조트고 호텔이어도 결국 소음때문에 불쾌한 경우가 많았는데 정말 조용하고 전세낸 것처럼 있었어요. 그리고 복도나 엘베에서 만나는 청소하시는 여사님들 조차 너무 친절하세요 다 먼저 친절하게 손님 탈때마다 인사해주시고... 사실 이날 거의 48시간

I thought I'd cancel the selection because I saw a bad content during the NE* review, but I trusted it after seeing good reviews. The conclusion is that I'm the most satisfied! The location is the best among Haeundae Beach. After coming to the Elbe from Exit 5 of the subway, there is a door a few steps away, and there is no passing by the counter after check-in, and there are comments that it's hard to wait for the Elbe due to the high floor, which was fine. It would be nice if you could consider the operation of a single floor during peak season. Since it's a dry bathroom, I have three living room slippers (it would be nice if you could give me alcohol spray in the lobby instead of a single use), and I used them as my favorite slippers when I took a shower. The CU convenience store is also located before leaving the main gate, and the 6KG washing machine, detergent, scrubber, and dishwasher rice cooker were perfect. It was a short 2 nights and 3 days, but it was consistent with eating out, and I bought Yeolmu Kimchi from Haeundae traditional market, and it's so delicious that it's completely palatable! Best choice ♥♥"

I didn't think it would be good if it was too high, but I was assigned to the 31st floor and I came so comfortably. The cleaning was so neat and there was no blemish on the table rug of the drying rack. I'm relieved that the insect repellent window was blown against the COVID-19 situation. There was no noise. It was nice to have a kitchen, and I checked in at around 3 o'clock and froze the ice, but when I came here at 6 o'clock, the refrigerator was so big that I could buy it. The ice tray is so cute that you can bring a big one. I searched a lot of good restaurants on the Internet, but there are many good restaurants around Haeundae District Office, and it's an authentic tourist destination, so I think it would be good to go as far as you want. 200 volleyball. ^^ I recommend Felix, who is also cost-effective.

Location: Very Good. It is connected to Exit 7 of Haeundae Station. There are so many restaurants and cafes on the first floor of the hotel building. It's Haridan-gil and it takes only 5 minutes to walk to Haeundae Beach if you cross the main street right in front of the hotel! Restaurants stay open until late because it's near the beach. Facilities: Good. The view is so nice because it's a high-rise building. I especially love the ocean view. It's not completely visible from the ocean, but the ocean with a subtle view is so pretty. It's a residence, so there is a sink and cooking utensils. I never used it before. I stayed at Deluxe and the size of the room and bathroom was bigger than I thought. I was so satisfied. I used it alone and it was great to use a large bed by myself. There are plenty of shoes and closets. They also have multi-use shampoo, body wash, soap, and body lotion. It's not a flash-on-the-center light method, but a normal lighting method, so it was nice to turn on only the lights that I wanted to turn on. It's individual heating. It's easy to adjust. There is a small table, a chair, and a rakuraku bed. I made a reservation for a city view, but the view was great because it was assigned to an ocean view. It was on the 13th floor, but the view was great. However, it was inconvenient because there was no mirror in the room. And the elevator that often appears in later stories... The 6th floor is the lobby and the 7th to 39th floors are rooms, but there are five elevators in total. These are hard to get on during check-out time because they run all over the floors from the underground parking lot to the 39th floor. (It's almost full when you come down from the floor.) Other times were fine. You have to go to the 1st floor to pick it up yourself. The front is 24 hours a day, so you can check-in and inquire at any time, even if it's late. Price: It's so reasonable. I made a reservation at a special price, but it was nice to stay in a hotel with this facility and location for an insane price. I have every intention to revisit! I would like to stay in a suite with my family later on.



"It was so nice"

I am satisfied with the location, the condition of the accommodation, the staff's attitude, etc. And it has a nice view, two TVs, a room and a living room, making it extremely spacious and pleasant to use. It is equipped with tools like a condo to cook. I even had a washing machine and did the laundry. Very good. On a rainy day, the kids would spend the rest of their day just sitting in the dorm, eating out in front of Haeundae. It was as comfortable and pleasant as home.



"You're the best"

I checked in late after work, but they were kind even late. I wasn't expecting it, but I was looking at the Haeundae sea, so I could see the sea a little bit. I also made a reservation for breakfast when I made a reservation, but the staff was kind, and it was good to go to exit 7 of Haeundae Station because it was right in front of the station. There are tableware inside the hotel, so it's good to take out or cook. However, the elevator is not good during peak season. I think it would be good to improve the elevator. All of them are good except for Elbe





"The staff is the best, and the facilities are good ^^"

I forgot... It was the hotel I went to when it opened a few years ago. It was also good then, so I introduced it to my acquaintances. I was satisfied again this time and made a reservation in advance for December according to the radio recording schedule. ^^The view on the 39th floor was good, but no matter how good the hotel facilities were, the staff were careless and unfriendly, so I stopped going. I really appreciate the staff being nice and convenient. I had to move from single 2 opening to double room because the person I was with stayed for a day.
