정말 멋진 숙박이었습니다.”

좋은 호텔입니다. 편안한 방과 친절한 직원들이 있습니다. 관광객으로써는 주중 조금 더 늦은 아침 식사를 원했고, 오랜 기간 머무르는 경우 옷장이 없어서 슈트케이스에서 살았습니다. 하지만 지역에 머무르는 경우 머무르기에는 확실히 추천할 만합니다.

Great hotel. Comfortable room and friendly staff. As a tourist, I wanted a breakfast a little later during the week, and if I stayed for a long time, I didn't have a closet, so I lived in a suit case. But if I stay in the area, I definitely recommend it.

 

예약 조건을 자세히 살피기 바랍니다. ”

참 좋은 호텔입니다. 방도 깨끗하고 직원도 친절하고 교통도 좋고 주차장 만점 등등, 전에 스타즈 일때 가서 자고 아침 조식을 먹었는데 참 좋은 기억입니다. 하여 다시 새로운 엠디 호텔이라는 이름으로 개명되어 아고다에서 예약했습니다. 처음 아고다사이트에서 분명하게 아침 조식 포함으로 선택하여 예약을 진행했습니다. 당연히 조식부페 없는 방값보다 2만여원 증액되었고요, 그래서 예약을 마치고 당일 호텔에 갔습니다. 그런데 조식부페가 포함 안된 예약으로 둔갑해 있었습니다. 당황했지요, 직원도 알아보았으나 소용 없었습니다. 이유가 무엇일까요? 나는 분명 조식포함을 선택하여 예약을 진행했고, 결재도 했습니다. 마지막 결재 직전에 모든 조건을 꼼꼼하게 살펴보고 확인하지 아니한게 실수(?)였을까요? 암튼 좋지 않은 경험을 했습니다. 아고다 사이트에 문제가 있는건지, 아니면 정말 예약을 진행한 고객에게 문제가 있었는지, 나로서는 확인활 방도가 없습니다. 아고다에 확인하려고 5월 4일 입실한 후에 전화를 했지만 고객응대 안내 멘트가 나오고 15분 기다리라고 하고는 20분이 지나도 연결하지 않아서 그냥 끊었답니다. 제가 경험한 것을 그대로 올립니다. 나는 아고다 VIP 플레티눔 회원입니다. 그리고 엠디 호텔도 좋아합니다. 그러나 찜찜한 경험은 찜찜합니다. 예약하실 때는 마지막에 꼭 전체 내용을 꼼꼼하게 확인하시고 결재하시기 바랍니다. 당일 저만큼이나 당황하면서 이리저리 알아보아 주고 미안한듯 응대해준 직원분께 감사합니다. 잠 잘 자고 왔습니다.

It is a very nice hotel. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the traffic was good, and I had breakfast when I was a Starz. What a good memory. Therefore, it was renamed the new MD Hotel again and I made a reservation at Agoda. For the first time, Agoda site clearly selected breakfast and proceeded with the reservation. Of course, it was 20,000 won more than the price for a room without a breakfast buffet, so I made a reservation and went to the hotel on the same day. But I was turned into a reservation that did not include a breakfast buffet. I was embarrassed, I checked with the staff, but to no avail. What is the reason? I made the reservation by choosing breakfast included, and I also made the payment. Was it a mistake not to check after carefully examining all the conditions right before the final approval? Anyway, I had a bad experience. I have no way to check if there is a problem with the Agoda site, or if there is a problem with the customer who made the reservation. I called after checking in on Agoda on May 4th to check, but I was told to wait for 15 minutes after 20 minutes, so I just hung up. I post what I experienced. I am an Agoda VIP Pletinum member. I also like the MD Hotel. However, the uncomfortable experience is uncomfortable. When you make a reservation, please check the entire contents carefully at the end and approve it. Thank you to the staff who recognized me as much as I was embarrassed on the day and responded as if they were sorry. I had a good night's sleep.

 

“완전 초초초초초초 추천 ”

아고다로 평일이라서 싸게 예약해서 아무생각없이 갓는데 너무 만족입니다.. 아니 진짜 깔끔하고 생각보다 엄청 넓어요 🤩 약간 예민한편이고 분위기 안좋거나 더러우면 금방에 알고 하는 편인데 여기는 완전 만족입니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 호텔이 엄청 따뜻한 분위기고 전혀 이질감 없습니다. 다만 샤워실 쓰고나면 바닥이 밖에 물바다가 되여 ㅠㅠ 화장실 영역인것 같아서 괜찮기는 할거 같은데 먼가 물바다 된거 같아서 수습해야할거 같은 너깜입니다. 하지만 완전 추천이고 다음에 수원에서 자야한다면 무조건 여기서 잘거예요 고민 1도 안합니다. 가격대비 완전 만족이예요

The staff is kind, and the hotel is very warm and there is no difference at all. However, after I use the shower, the floor becomes a sea of water outside, so I think it's okay, but I think it's a sea of water, so I think I need to take care of it. But it's a complete recommendation, and if I have to sleep in Suwon next time, I'm definitely going to sleep here. I'm not worried about it at all. I'm totally satisfied with the price

 

추천 그러나 15시 넘어서 가세요”

가격대비 룸컨디션이 좋아 동탄 갈 일 있을 땐 항상 투숙해요. 넷플릭스도 볼 수 있고 가습기 대여가 되는 점도 좋아요. 다만 엠디호텔로 바뀐 후 단 5분도 얼리체크인이 안 되는 점이 아쉽습니다. 로비에 앉을 곳이 넉넉하지 않은데 체크인 시간 맞춰 투숙객은 몰려드니 15분가량을 서서 기다려야해서 불편했어요. 룰이니 어쩔 수 없겠지만 많이 이른 시간이 아니라면 정비가 끝난 방부터 체크인 도와주신다면 더 좋을 것 같아요.

The room condition is good for the price, so I always stay when I have to go to Dongtan. You can watch Netflix and rent a humidifier. However, it is a pity that early check-in is not possible for even five minutes after the change to MD Hotel. There were not many places to sit in the lobby, but the guests flocked on time for check-in, which was inconvenient because they had to wait for about 15 minutes. It can't be helped since it's a rule, but if it's not too early, it would be better if you could help me check-in from the maintenance room first.

 

숙소 근교 출장이 있어 방문했어요 ”

숙소 근처에서 행사가 있어 방문했어요. 약 8박 머물렀고... 청소해주시는 아주머니가 너무 깨끗하게 정리 해주셔서 깜짝 놀랐어요.. 지금까지 여러 곳 방문했는데 가장 깔끔하게 청소해주시는 아주머니께. 무한 감사. 낮 데스크 보시는 분은 친절 했으나 저녁 데스크 담당자는 좀 불편 하다 표현해야할지 일을 못한다 표현해야할지 모르겠지만 저녁은 좀 불만 있어 별 4개 드립니다. 적극 추천하는 숙소 입니다.
